We do not run any contact forms, user accounts, or checkout process on this website, so we don't collect personal information automatically through the site beyond what's described in section 4 below.

4. Cookies and website analytics

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics software. The one exception is our wordmark typeface (Anton), which is loaded from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of that request, in line with Google's own privacy policy. We don't receive or store this information ourselves. If we introduce cookies or analytics in future, we'll update this policy.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business — for example, accounting or invoicing software, and payment providers used to generate payment links. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We will also disclose information where required by law, such as to Inland Revenue for tax purposes.

6. Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only accessible to those who need it to deliver your project or run our business. We retain business and invoicing records for as long as required under New Zealand tax law (currently at least seven years), and other project information for as long as it's reasonably needed.
